What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register with Paddock Pups as a pet owner through our website. This information includes personally identifiable information such as you and your spouse/partner’s full name, email address, phone number, and physical address. 

When you are ready to engage us as your dog walker, we will collect additional information by way of our CRM System Time to Pet. This is a fully secure password protected system that you have full access to and where you have control of the data that is kept.  

How do we protect this information?

While no information stored online can be guaranteed to be 100% safe, we do our very best to ensure your personal information is as secure as possible. We use multi-factor authentication on our digital devices to ensure personal information is not accessible.  However we cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event of a breach due to the actions or omissions of the third party providers we work with.

What do we use your information for?

This information is used to provide clients with pet care services and in the day to day running of our business. We use this information specifically:

· to let you know about our services,

· to provide to pet sitters via the submission of your pet owner profile (only includes first name and suburb),

· to arrange pet care services for your pets,

· to send you updates about visits or walks,

· to arrange meetings with you and your pets.

If you decide to opt-in to a mailing list, you will receive emails that may include news and updates. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, simply click the link at the bottom and you will be immediately unsubscribed.

Do we use cookies?

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information).

We use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

In the event that your dog requires emergency veterinary treatment whilst on a walk at our property, your name and contact information will be provided to the primary care facility.
